Both face to face and telephone coaching options are available based on location, need, and time availability of the client.

Initial Assessment (face to face and telephone sessions)
$180 (includes online 12 dimensions assessment)

Single sessions hourly rates - $160

10 week program - $1500
Weekly Face to Face or Telephone coaching sessions conducted every other week.
12 dimensions approach utilized. This program is designed to address specific problems that affect all areas of life.  Action steps are created, and support systems are established to help you to maintain success in your action steps beyond the completion of your program.

15 week program - $2100
Weekly face to face  or telephone one hour sessions
12 dimensions approach utilized. This program is designed to take you through that entire 12 dimensions of wellness, exploring how each dimension affect the others. This creates a total awareness that moves you into balance physically, mentally/emotionally and spiritually.  We will explore your various goals in relation to these dimensions along the way, and action steps in each dimension are created, along with support systems to help you to maintain success in your action steps beyond the completion of your program.

Telecoaching sessions are not limited to clients in Atlanta, GA. Services offered to clients in all 50 States of U.S. and International countries. Credit cards and Paypals are accepted forms of payment for non-local clients. Split payment options available for package plans only.
